I want to move from South Jersey. I made this decision after seeing our Governor, Chris Christie disrespect a Veteran Navy Seal who was trying to get answers from the Governor. He knows this merger does not make any sense. The crimes range from fraudulent reporting of SAT scores from Rowan to terrible finances and a poor credit rating. Rutgers, a thriving research institution in Camden is going to pay the price for Rowan’s irresponsible spending. If anything, Rutgers should take over Rowan. I realized that if the people of this state are putting up with this, than this state is not for me. My dreams of going to law school have been destroyed by that bully. I am officially looking at other schools in other states. If the Rutgers - Rowan merger happens the Rutgers School of Law will lose it’s accreditation. It will become Rowan Law and it will take approximately 3 to 5 years to receive accreditation leaving students in limbo until the accreditation takes place. They do not seem to understand that in order to become a practicing attorney, one must graduate from an accredited law school. It simply is a severe loss. Due to this uncertainty, people like myself are looking at UPenn, Drexel, Temple, and several other institutions in Philadelphia to study. You can thank terrible politicians like Chris Christie that have destroyed anything good in NJ. You will see NJ’s talent flooding other states. Hallo Pennsylvania!
